Interview a nurse manager

The person that in theory is being interviewed is a nurse manager on a med Surg floor in hospital.
This nurse manager has 20 years experience as a nurse and has her Bachelor Degree in nursing, along with educational conventions she attends every couple of months .

The problem that needs to be fixed is that she is not as present on the floor to communicate with the other nurses on the floor as much as she could be, resulting in her not being too aware about the current patient population.
