A 46-year-old female reports pain in both of her ankles, but she is more concerned about her right ankle. She was playing soccer over the
weekend and heard a “pop.” She is able to bear weight, but it is uncomfortable. In determining the cause of the ankle pain, based on your
knowledge of anatomy, what foot structures are likely involved? What other symptoms need to be explored?

There were a few things regarding the soap note documentation – Most all of you documented the soap note in the correct format. However, the
diagnostic tests section was not responded correctly. You were required to order the appropriate diagnostic tests for the case study and also
support your diagnostic tests with evidence based documentation. You should consider the differential diagnoses that you came up with for this
section. As a provider you need to come up with the appropriate diagnostic tests and also explain your reasoning as to why the tests would fit
the patient in the case study along with the evidence.

And for the differential diagnoses, you were on the right track but there were a few responses which had the definition for the differential
diagnoses. Again the differential diagnoses need to include your reasoning as to why and how it fits the patients presentation and the clinical
