Role of evolution in the development of genetic noninfectious diseases in humans

The goal of this Literature Review is to examine what the current state of the research is and identify gaps in the current knowledge that could be further studied.
There should be an emphasis on the evolution aspect as it is for a senior-level evolution class.

Mental Health In The Work Place

Power Point Presentation 10-15 slides ( not including title or reference slide) power point presentation on the proposed health policy.
Examine the similarities, differences, pros and cons of an existing health police and develop their own in order to address the assigned health issues.
Items to examine include (but not limited to) reasoning to why you choose this policy: age group or population; financial cost; and healthcare goal(s) etc.
Presentation needs to be 15 minute visual presentation (i.e. PowerPoint or similar to educated the class on the health care.
A 1-2 paper on the health care policy that accompanies the presentation (APA) style with a pamphlet on mental health in the work place.
Please use spell check, citations and grammar /spell check.
Use graphs see if people have mental health days from work and how do the work place approach people with mental health issues and they do how does the work place handled the situation in the proper manner.

Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension in the new born (PPHN)

Introduction:
This should be approximately one to one and a half pages in length. It should be properly cited, should not contain any personal opinion. Pay particular attention to the correct use of et al.
Statement of the problem:
This should be approximately one or two paragraphs in length and is the statement of WHAT problem the project will investigate.
Purpose of the study:
The purpose of this study is. This should be approximately one to one or two paragraphs and is an explanation of WHY it is important to study the problem identified.
Research Questions:
The following questions guide this project. What questions about the problem intend to find the answers to with the review of the literature. Should have 2-4/5 GENERAL questions.
Literature Review:
This should be the bulk of the paper project. this section of the paper should be approximately 12-14 pages in length, containing peer-reviewed sources and well cited. This section should be written in past tense (the authors concluded, not the authors conclude).
Conclusion:
Research question 1 should be typed here as the heading
Base on the literature presented in that section of the project, what conclusion can be made about the research questions? This format should be repeated for each of the questions. The length can be varied.
Discussion:
Base on the conclusion, what does the work mean? What changes to practice should occur, etc. the length of this section of the project varies, based upon complexity and number of research questions.
References:
This section MUST have a minimum of 15 references. May use 2 reliable URL/Internet sources (if citing an article from a print journal using an internet search. should be correctly cited.

Disease Caused By Prions

We are doing this for non scientific audience.
– Proteins are polymers which are large organic compounds made of amino acids.
The amino acids sequence in a protein is determined by the sequence of the bases in the gene that encodes that protein.
An example of a protein is a prion.
Prions are misfolded proteins that have the ability to transmit its misfolded shape onto normal proteins.
Proteins that do not fold properly cannot function the way they should.
Many diseases are caused by loss of a cellular function due to improperly folded protein.
Prions cause many diseases and one of them is Kuru disease.
Kuru is a very rare and fatal disease that occur in the nervous system.
It is caused by prions (give more background info) and cite them.
What could happen if you eat contaminated human brain?
To address this question, we have to understand Kuru disease. Moreover, we have to know what might happen in the cellular level after one human eats another human’s brain.
