Prepare a case report involving an infectious disease. It can involve a bacterial, viral, parasitic,
or fungal infection or an intoxication caused by an infectious agent (such as Botulism).

labeled pill bottles in dumpsters that were accessible by the public. Based on the HIPAA
(Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996), what consequences should a

Question 2-
Trust is an important part of the continued growth and development of the Internet.
This is particularly the case with respect to social networking. Media reports of disturbing
stories and case law alike have shown some of the consequences that can arise when
individuals create false social networking profiles. In a case in California, and individual
established a fake MySpace profile of his former church pastor. On the profile, he posted
content that suggested that the pastor used drugs and was homosexual. Can criminal charges
be brought against the party that created the fake profile?

You must construct a hypothetical health care facility (community hospital, skilled nursing facility, or mental health facility etc.). This is based on the components of real facilities. The factors must be realistic. Keep in mind that everything cost. Do not use real names. If you are employed in a heath care facility you may use your place of employment (again, do not use the real name of the facility). Glial Cells Experiment

Glial cells are now considered to be much more than just the ‘glue’ that holds the neurons together. Dr. Ben Barres played a key role in much of the early work done in understanding the critical role that glial cells play in synaptic signaling. We’re going to look at one of his papers for this discussion.
