Ethical Right to Privacy

Ethical Right to Privacy

A right to privacy is not explicitly mentioned in the text of the U.S. Constitution, but the Fifth Amendment has historically been interpreted as a guarantee to privacy, and court decisions have supported the concept. Nevertheless, the extent of a legal right to privacy is still unclear.
