Project Status Report

Assignment 3 is a project status report (approx. 2300 words) at the launch of Nuship Collins
against traditional measures of Cost, Quality and Time. The report includes as attachments a
revised risk register based on feedback from assignment 2, comment on non-traditional
measures and how they apply to the project and lessons Learnt that may apply to the Attack
Class Submarine project.
