Assignment Part 1:
Project This course features a running project scenario that demonstrates how to develop a project plan (with emphasis on the project schedule) beginning with the Initiating process group. Each module features an assignment that demonstrates the tools described in each module using an office relocation project scenario. Once the scenario is presented with sample project deliverables, your assignment for the module will consist of producing deliverables from a project scenario that you will develop. You will therefore select a project scenario from your work or personal life, and develop it in lockstep with the scenario phases presented in each module.

Paper Stakeholder identification and analysis is essential for kicking off a successful project. Many examples exist of projects that were ill-conceived due to the failure to appreciate the level of interest of those who were affected in some way by the project. Research the Aspen library and the Internet for examples of projects that were unsuccessful due to stakeholder identification and management issues.
