Household hazardous waste with nowhere to go

I need to write a problem analysis in a article form with multimodal components.
I have everything organized I am just horrible at putting things together.
The first file I uploaded is all of my ideas and purposes I want to incorporate and the second file I
uploaded is the resources I want to use in this paper. Please try. This is supposed to be a local
problem here in my town of Reedley, California. The “focusing your topic” file is what I am trying
to discuss to my audience.
