Assignment Prompts/Questions
1 – Conduct a detailed external analysis (macro environment and industry analysis). Discuss relevant macro-environmental trends and their implications. Define the industry that Ryanair is competing in. Analyze the attractiveness of the industry using the Five Forces framework and complements analysis. (The level 3 analysis should be included in the body of the discussion; the level 1 and level 2 analyses should be included in the paper’s exhibits).
