Master Planning on Aging

In June 2019 Governor Newsom issued Executive Order N-14-19 which called for the development of a Master Plan on Aging (MPA). A Stakeholder Advisory Committee was formed with multiple subcommittees and work groups developed which lifted recommendations to the Stakeholder Advisory Committee. The Stakeholder Advisory Committee issued its recommendations in September 2020. The State considered the recommendations to create the Master Plan on Aging, which was issued on January 6, 2021. Read and analyze the MPA. Using relevant articles, summarize the purpose of the plan, define and describe the five plan goals and discuss how the plan could be implemented statewide.
