Persian Empire was the most superior of all empires

It must be in a word document, double spaced, MLA format. All pages must be of an Intellectual argument, supported by references from at least two scholarly books, and five academic articles. Work cited page and appendices are extra pages ( cannot be part of the main 12). Have a focused thesis supported by the intellectual argument.
The paper should be arguing reasons, examples, cited facts, etc.. of why the Persian Empire was the most superior of all empires. Must have a strong thesis and conclusion as well.
