Risk Register
For Week 1, you submitted a Project Scope Statement/ detailed project plan that you will use for
the basis of your risk work this term. You also began to work on the Risk Management Plan –
as we move through the term, continue to refine your risk management plan based on our
conversations on the risk management process and how these can better shape your risk
management plan for its resubmission in Week 5.
This week you will begin to create the risk register by identifying risks. See attached word
document for instructions and rubric.
Be sure to identify a minimum of 15 risks for your project.
An example risk register template has been attached for your consideration. Build on this to
meet the needs of your project’s risk work.
For this assignment, it is also important to share how the risks were identified (this will also be
good input to your risk management plan). Add a column to the risk register to identify this for
each risk.
