In this general assignment (current APA writing standards apply), examine the GROW
model and the potential impact its use/adoption could have on your organization. The
GROW model mirrors the most common of coaching techniques…asking open-ended
questions starting with clarifying the objectives, reflecting and generating ideas, and then
