Disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation

Paper details:

See the word document for the writer : I included the table of content, the notes in track changes for the writer link with each section and the list of references. Some are hyperlinks and some are attached (PDFs). The documents for the case studies so “section 3” in the ToC will be send a bit later by the client so WAIT before writing this section. I need to compile the information. The writer has everything to write the abstract; introduction section 1 and section 2. The case study section and conclusion can wait until the writer receive the documents in one or two days. The sources are all provided by the client.
