Instructions for this unit…

1. Select one of the video, audio, or article supplemental references(Links to an external site.) for your initial post. Each reference may only be used once if the class size is smaller than the number of available references. If there are more people in class than there are supplemental items, begin again with the first reference and cycle back through them in order. This allows us to explore a wide variety of references.
2. Create an initial post
   • Summarize the material in your own words
   • Discuss how you would apply the material in your work (Human Resources). Describe what that would look like.
   • Add an APA formatted reference of the selected resource to the end of the post
   • Should consist of no less than 250 words
