PMBOK Process 
Using the attached case study….
A. Provide a concise overview of each of the five PMBOK® Process Groups.
B. Select two process groups and apply them to the case study you selected for your final
project. To accomplish this, conduct an analysis of the case study and describe occurrences that
are consistent with the components of the two process groups. For instance, the Planning
process group includes creating
a project scope and schedule: Once you connected those aspects of the case study to the
Planning process group, you could briefly discuss how the and schedule were created and their
main highlights.
C. Identify areas of weakness and make recommendations for potential improvements. To
accomplish this, point out aspects of the two process groups that were not implemented
effectively or at all, and propose ways the project manager could address those elements.
