Impact of Oil Discovery in Saudi Arabia in the 1970s and 1980s

Changes brought about by the Discovery of oil in Saudi Arabia in the 1970’s and 1980’s.
The student will conduct a substantial independent research project that incorporates both
relevant secondary scholarly sources and primary resources. The topic will be related to the
theme of this course and be developed through conversation between the student and instructor.
The project will be organized in a series of incremental steps: Proposal, Outline, Draft, and the
Final Version. Each stage will be submitted to assignments on BbLearn and reviewed by the
instructor. Outline and project proposal is included in attachments. Create works
cited/bibliography with primary sources listed, followed by secondary sources. The sources
included in the outline will be uploaded as pdf files for writer to use while writing. Additional
sources should be added by the writer if needed
